Welcome to the Outlet Store for True North Gear and DragonWear apparel and products! Here are a few pertinent facts to help your shopping go as smoothly as possible.

SHIPPING: We will ship your order within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. We currently are unable to ship outside of the contiguous United States; including HI, AK and Canada. 

TAX: Sales tax will be charged when required by state and local laws.

ORDERING: Quantities are limited so place your order while supplies last. There are no backorders, what is listed on the web site is what we have in stock. Check back often, we'll be adding new items regularly!

TERMS: Items listed as 'seconds' are offered at a discount because of minor blemishes, discoloration or other imperfections. The blemishes do not affect performance.

WARRANTY: All products are covered by True North Gear's Lifetime Warranty. Please see full description at:

RETURN POLICY: Returnable items must be unworn, unlaundered, in like new condition and with appropriate tags still attached. True North Gear does not accept returns after 60 days from date of shipment.  All returns exchanges must have a return authorization number. Contact customer service at 800-873-5725 option 1 to get a return number. Returns or exchanges must be received within thirty (30) days of issuance of Return Authorization to receive credit or be eligible for exchange.
